I was represented pro bono by Alex turner thanks to the support of a black lives matter group I protested with in philly (at which I was arrested and beaten by the PPD for no apparent reason at the time). He made sure I fully understood every aspect we could of what was happening with my charges. He is a great resource for activists who get arrested for fighting the good fight.

Jennifer is a very competent zoning lawyer. I was in a bind with the Philadelphia Zoning Board. She was recommended by a fellow developed. She came through and walked me through the process. We won with our first case together and now I bring her all of my projects before I break ground.

I consulted/hired Jenn for a number of real estate zoning needs in relation to my clients looking to purchase properties and not knowing the zoning laws and regulations. Jenn helped myself and my clients tremendously to get a better understanding of the laws of what they are allowed to build or not build on specific properties throughout Philadelphia.
