If it wasn't for Jesse Klaproth, I'm not quite sure where my personal injury case would be after 3 years. He came in like a gift from the heavens. He was always there to help with my questions in order to achieve the best outcome to the case. I was quite intimidated from everything but he had the confidence and knowledge to keep pushing. Even when the Covid obstacle was thrown in our way and courts were closed, he worked patiently and determined to keep us fighting to the end. He was dedicated, professional and remained compassionate as well. We were able to settle without trial with a great outcome. I am beyond thankful to Jesse and Klaproth Law, always. Then when the other side sued us again (copyright infringement) in Federal court he represented us in the courtroom jury trial, getting the claim against us dismissed and WINNING our counterclaim.
