Twice they said they were goin to help me an when time came the lawyers never came to court with me ask him for help again an say they couldn’t or ignore my calls

I've had the pleasure of meeting two amazing attorney's here. I received top notch representation from both of them...They were both attentive and most of all professional. They treat their clients like they're family..kudos to Philly VIP!

I decided to contact them about representation solely based on their glowing 5-star google reviews. While I am happy that other people had great experiences, I wish I could say the same for myself. I had to constantly call them about documents, medical records and just communicating crucial details to me. I also found out that they have a lot of turnover with paralegals and that caused a lot of misplaced documents and delays. I caught them in several lies about regarding my case and it got to the point where they avoided calling me back because of it. I even did some of the leg work in my own case like getting medical records and reaching out to other parties involved. I do believe that any firm can learn from their mistakes and ultimately be a top a firm in the city but the first step is holding yourself accountable. Remember that you work for your clients, not the other way around. Update: My attorney did contact me and we worked through some of the issues that I experienced and expressed in my review. Definitely a step in the right direction to make things right. I recommend to anyone reading this that if you have or did have issues with your case, try to resolve them directly with your attorney and try to work things out.

I contacted this lawyer based on their 4+ star review. This is the worst experience I ever had with a lawyer. I would give it a 0 Star rating if I could. Communication with this law firm is like trying to reach the President of United States. Call them when needed consultation base on my case, only person i can speak to was the secretary. Ask for them to call me back but never heard from them. I don't know how they receive this 4.8 rating. Must've paid people to give them this review. If you ever need legal representation I would recommend you go somewhere else

I was in an accident in Philly and I live out of state. I was being screwed over and when I explained everything to Joel he took my case. They did the best they could for me in a bad situation. I am grateful for everything they have done.

I will say this that Joel Kofsky, himself is a very impactful attorney. From the day he phoned me asking about my case. He was concerned, understanding and honest things i can appreciate. His law firm is a growing and established business in the city. The case was a bit dodgy but Mr. Kofsky esq. saw it thru til it’s resolution. He came in with a offer 96% of the total asking that we originally filed for. This has been a very emotional situation for me and My faith has been rewarded to a satisfactory point. I would personally note that in the future if i were ever in need of his services i wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mr. Kofsky
