To the public on searching for an attorney under the workmen’s Comp law. Everybody case and situation is different but I have an experience worth sharing. Injured my thumb at the workplace and I went to three or four different Law Firms in regards to my injury. No assistance available. Kelly Hemple at Krasno accepted to hear my case and the rights I was denied by three other attorneys was took into consideration by Attorney Hemple and not only did I receive partial wages for being unable to work but was even entitled to a partial pay out once the case was over. My medical bills and expenses were awarded to me as a partial salary for loss wages. I am recovered about up to 85% through being hospitalized two weeks and three surgeries I still have my thumb which was partially amputated from a really bad infection but am able to still use it for most labor. Kelly Hemple probably do not know that I didn’t receive nothing I wanted to hear from any other law firms and my least expectations were answered by her and her colleagues at Krasno. Thank You Ms. Hemple and any work you do I hope it’s rewarded.
