I reached out for Mary's help in August 2016 due to harassment by a previous landlord who was trying to bully me into signing a release of liability. I had previously consulted with four different attorneys before I found Equal Access Legal Services. The first three charged more than I could afford and the last attorney I called was distracted and condescending. A friend recommended Mary and, within the first few minutes of talking to her, I knew I'd found the right advocate for me. I began the call feeling frantic and overwhelmed, but ended it feeling calm and empowered. She was kind, patient, thorough, and clearly competent. She promptly sent me a simple agreement for services, drafted a clear and comprehensive settlement agreement and continued advising me on the process through completion. What felt particularly great is how quickly the dynamic with my previous landlord shifted when I hired Mary. The same adversary who had been threatening to take me to court on false allegations immediately dropped that threat and became respectful in her communications. Mary was able to resolve the matter without litigation within a month of that first phone call. I got the full settlement amount I requested, along with a release agreement protecting me from further threats. Finally, Mary's bill was surprisingly low. She offered an affordable rate based on my income, clearly discussed everything in advance, and kept her time to a minimum. I am so grateful for how quickly and capably she resolved this massive headache in my life. I plan to hire her for any legal matter that arises in the future and to recommend everyone I know do the same.

Todd was my lawyer since 1999,he always tryed to get me a deal,he beet one case for me.the last case i had he yelled at the judge made the judge really mad he railroaded me took 1000 dollors off me for the prelimanary hearing than he said i cant afford him for him to do his best.so i had to hire Gerald Stein to get me a new prelimanary hearing and he Garald beat the case for me.
