I made many calls looking for a defense attorney. The first time I called Mr. Niznick office the greeting was very pleasant. When we spoke he was interested in the details of my stiuation. That's when I knew he would be my lawyer. The first time I met Mr. Niznick was at my first court date. He sat down and went over everything that was going to happen. He made me feel very calm and at ease. My second court date was a trial and I was nervous because I really never went through anything like this before. Todd was my lawyer since 1999,he always tryed to get me a deal,he beet one case for me.the last case i had he yelled at the judge made the judge really mad he railroaded me took 1000 dollors off me for the prelimanary hearing than he said i cant afford him for him to do his best.so i had to hire Gerald Stein to get me a new prelimanary hearing and he Garald beat the case for me.

This proved to be a great call. I didn't need his services for this case (insurance companies settled the matter), but I would have used him if necessary. Highly recommend.
