I spoke with several people from the firm, but everything was coordinated by Tim Connolly. Tim was very easy to work with, and promptly returned my calls and answered all my questions. He made sure that we didn't miss any of the deadlines or documentation requirements. I would definitely recommend him.

I was involved in an accident a little over 1 1/2 year ago after a few days of resting and taking OTC pain medicine I knew I needed more. Initially I didn’t want to call a lawyer because I was afraid of my insurance rate going higher but I was not at fault and didn’t know how much out of pocket money it would cost me and that’s when I decided to call Kwartler/Manus. I met with Jason Manus explaining what had happened and why I waited and he immediately was able to help me I told him of a chiropractor that was convenient to my work and his office was able to get me a appointment right away reassuring me I would not have out of pocket cost. No my car wasn’t totaled I was able to walk away but...with permanent neck damage. After almost a year of therapy, treatments and a procedure we closed the case and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I cannot say enough about not only Jason but everyone I was introduced to at the office his partner and the staff all were very friendly and took the time to say hello. Marie would call to check on how I was doing and kept me posted on anything she received as far as bills and if I was to receive one to forward it to her taking any stress off of me. If you are looking for a lawyer to not only represent you but to take your case and fight for you I would highly recommend Jason Manus.

Jason Manus was extremely professional and helpful while I was going through the ramifications of an accident that led to a concussion and two months of physical therapy. It was a tricky case due to insurance issues yet he helped me get all my money back that came out of my pocket that the insurance company refused to reimburse me for and then some.
