I am beyond happy with the level of service I received from Sadie and Cooper law offices. Even after four years they still assisted me with providing me with documents I needed for the purchase of my new home.

I don’t recommend. It was extremely difficult to get in contact with the attorney handling my matter - on average it took two weeks of emailing and calling to get a response. The worst part of all is after approving a petition for filing I found out two months later it was never filed. I only found this out after becoming frustrated with not getting a response from the attorney I decided to call the courts myself to find out the status. The attorney handling my matter continued to tell me the petition was filed and these delays were normal all the while the petition was never filed. No phone call to apologize just a simple email saying they thought it was filed — how can you tell someone a delay is normal without confirming their legal documents have actually been filed (especially when everything is done online)!! Save yourself the headache and seek legal counsel elsewhere.

A google review is not enough to thank Louis. I am a health care professional that has never been in any kind of legal incident and was wrongly accused of simple assault. This was one of the scariest times of my life as my career/license was on the line. Louis, although very busy, will make the time for you if you have any questions or concerns. I appreciate that he validated my worries and listened to me thoroughly during our meetings. I appreciate how he broke down the law quickly in layman’s term for someone with no legal background. During my time in the court for the past several months, I saw the respect he had earned through his many years of experience. He had great relationships with people from security to court room workers to the judge. I heard even the judge say, “oh Lou Savino, he is always prepared”. During the end of the final trial, Louis was able to defend me and have my case withdrawn. Thank you Lou for making me laugh and feel relaxed during a really scary time in my life. He is a no B.S straight to the chase kind of lawyer with empathy. 10/10 would hire again but I will also be avoiding this kind of situation in the future to the best of my ability lol!
