Mr. Bernstein called me and spoke with at length about the legal issue regarding my father's care at the St. Josephs Medical Center and the Lebanon VA Hospital. He was patient and understand. Most of all he came across as genuinely concerned and caring. I can honestly say that in no time throughout my life has a person ever made a better first impression than Mr. Bernstein.
