My daughter had a slip and fall claim when she was 12 yrs old. They settled the claim, for a small amount, and she was scheduled to receive her settlement at the age of 18. I contacted the office once my daughter turned 18 and to my surprise they still had not received all of the settlement from the defendant. My daughter is now 20 yrs old and I’ve called the office over 15x, leaving message but receiving no call backs. I would never recommend them or use them if I was involved in an accident. Maybe because my daughter’s settlement is small, it’s not worth their time and effort. On their phone advertisement they claim to look after the needs of their clients. Well I guess that doesn’t apply to all clients like me and my daughter. It’s as though you have to hire a lawyer to deal with this law office. I may have to do that.

Horrible! You can leave messages and they never return the call. Accountability and communication is everything. Referrals are key to any business. I will not be referring this firm to anyone.

I suffer a TBI from a slip and fall. The truth was covered up with legal jumbo. They walked away with more of my settlement then I did. I do not recommend them. I got ripped off by my attorney.

Worse law firm ever. I been calling to check the status of my case & they hang up on me every time.

I was pleased with the service at Clarfield and Associates until I was informed of a settlement which was reduced a few months later. My assigned attorney denied the original settlement offered. Do not use these guys they will rip you off. Canita

These people are the worse l have ever known. I had a slip and fall back in May 8th of 2019. Every time I try to get in touch with these people They tell me they no longer work there. This is the third attorney that I had so far. They still haven't told me anything how much I'm getting nothing I have no clue what's going on. The receptionists are ignorant and are very rude. Never ever again I will go through them or recommend anybody to them.

It took them 2 years to settle my case. They told me I would get a certain amount and I got less than what I settled for. They had poor communication. Everytime I called they would say that I have a new case manager which made it hard to keep track of my case. Jeff in accounting just hung up on me after I asked to speak to him about why I hadn't received the agreed amount with the fees included and he told me they took their cut; again they told me they would take an entirely different cut and I would be receiving a higher amount then what I got. I would not recommend their services.

They are the worst they don’t return calls after weeks of calling I was represented poorly they excepted a settlement without my consent I’m contemplating a law suit against them

Adam and his team are great. They did an excellent job helping my family when we were really losing hope. Adam is very professional and has excellent knowledge to protect your rights. If you choose Adam you will talk directly with him. It was a truly pleasant experience. I'm extremely thankful that I chose the Garner firm. I highly recommend them.

They have no communication they don't really care for your case Ron clarified just hung up on me because he didn't want to hear what I have to say recommend alot of people but will never do it again

Still waiting for my settlement.about to sue me.clearfield if I don’t get my money
