Very Professional Service

Let’s talk about it. This is by far the WORST attorney I’ve ever dealt with. I was put with Casey in 2019 after my car accident. Due to his neglect and negligence of the case, he didn’t advise me correctly, and we ended up with a $2200 settlement after winning 35,000 in court. Out of that $2200- Casey and his team took $1850. They charged me $600 for a deposition of the other side. $200 for initial advise. $300 for legal advise. $25 for research: which I did alllll of the research and provided documents. Charged me hundreds for motions and court filing fees (even though I know the real prices of these things). This cases was paused during covid and it was absolutely horrific to reach the lawyers. Not to mention every receptionist they have had there has been awful: rude, short with callers, and just extremely unpleasant. I was railroaded by them. I was told they would only take $300 out of the settlement because it was so low, but low and behold… they’ve scammed me honestly. Let’s not even talk about Casey (the lawyer) and his hubris. Tell me why this man’s wife is a liberty mutual attorney, and that’s who my case was against. Whole thing was fishy af. Don’t do it. CALL TOP DOG LAW. I recommended my friend to top dog and she won $132k. And here I am with no vehicle, no settlement $, and a salty attitude.

Would recommend to anyone and everyone!! When things got shaky he made it happen, that’s all I can say!!!

These people fail to respond to phone calls and emails. I never spoketo the acting attorney on my case which changed more times than I could remember, not him nor his assistant informed me of the discontinuation of the arbitration case Nota text not a email not a phone call I been expecting for 2 years and had to go to the courthouse on the date in question to find out it was discontinued
