My experience with Pearson Koutcher was outstanding and I would recommend Eric Pearson to anyone who needed a workers’ compensation lawyer. Not to mention, his paralegal, Donna, was wonderful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Jon Koutcher is very knowledgeable in what he does not to mention just a pure pleasure to work with. He kept me focused when I was worried about things and he protected me through my whole process. Jon referred me to Dr's. who truly cared about me and my health and for that I thank him from the bottom of my heart. Pearson Koutcher was THE law firm to call for my workman’s comp case. I found them by accident on the internet and called the day of my injury. Immediately the lawyer told me what to do and not do to present my case as factually as possible. From that day forward I was assigned a lawyer, Shawn, who was very bright, efficient, effective, and knew how to represent me and my case flawlessly.
