Had a genuine concern for me and my families welfare. No matter what the insurance company did to make things hard on me, Pearson Koutcher made sure we were ok, I was even able to give my family a nice Xmas because the firm cared. What was also very important to me is that I was always told the truth and anything I was told would happen did happen... From the second day after my accident Jon Koutcher was able to come to my house and explain everything that would be going on with a workers comp claim. Jon was there to answer every question for me and I always had a ton of them and I am sure he would agree. But all in all Jon made this bad time in my young life smooth. He set me up with good doctors to see that really helped me with my condition. And he worked with the insurance to make sure everything went smooth which it did all the way to the end. And now it is over Jon did awesome in securing me a good reward but I kind of feel sad now that it is over that's how good Jon is he was like that best friend of yours in a time that you needed one. But Jon made sure at the end that I sit down with my fiancé to decide on if the deal we were offered would be good for our family for the long run. Jon is the best there's really not more I can say about this man only that he is the best. So Jon thank you, thank you for everything that you have done for us.
