I had the privilege of having Laura Brooke as my Workers Compensation Attorney. I am originally from Minnesota, and when I got injured in PA on the job, I was referred to this firm. Laura has made the entire process extremely easy to understand. She would check in with me frequently to make sure that I was getting the care I needed as well as updates on my case. Every time new paperwork came in or a hearing was scheduled, she would call me to talk me through what was happening. I would highly recommend Laura Brooke for your Workers Compensation case!

I had half a ton of plywood fall on my and destroy my knee. I spoke to my employer about going through workers compensation and he immediately fired me and stated that he was going to make me look bad in court. Well... He definitely fired me, but he did not have the slightest chance in court because of the amazing team from Pearson Koutcher Law. Long story short, i was out of work for about two years and they recovered my lost wages for the entire time and had all of my medical and therapy expenses covered. My attorney, Mindy Levin, was a joy to work with. She helped to alleviate all my concerns, which I had many, and watching her in court was an absolute pleasure. Watching lawyer TV shows did not prepare me for the level of competency that she brought to the court. I could not have been luckier in finding this law firm. Mindy was nothing but honest with me from our first telephone conversation, she let me know that from that day that this may take a couple of years but if I trusted her she would always have my back and she truly did have my back and best interest at all times. I used to tell my family that if Pearson Koutcher ever wanted to do a commercial using their clients that I would ask to be one of them or if they needed a mascot that I would do that as well.
