New update 9/20/2023. Mr. Banks was very instrumental increasing my disability benefits. I really appreciate all that they did and will recommend them to anyone I know or meet that needs help with getting the benefits that they are entitled to. Very nice lawyer, unfortunately I was driving in from the Coatesville VA hospital and traffic in the morning was ridiculously busy. I was almost 45 minutes late. I am confident that they will be able to help me with my service connected disability claim. One of my friends from the VA recommended them to me.

The military was trying to take 20 percent of my money. Banks law stopped them in their tracks, then didn't charge me a dime told me thank u for serving our country. I was shocked couldn't believe it so I ended up handing out their cards and pamphlets to the many vets that are being screwed. Banks law is the SHIZ-NIT and should be recognized as veteran friendly lawyers. Again thanks banks law and god bless you.

My mother in law raved about Hal Banks and his team after her experience with them for her case a few years ago. My experience with Banks Law has been very seamless and worry free. Mr. Banks is an excellent attorney and his firm did a wonderful job in handling my workers comp case which went all the way to trial.
Before my trial I was very nervous about the trial process and Banks Law did an excellent job of preparing me for trial and setting my mind at ease.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a workers' comp attorney.
