Absolutely the worst attorneys around. They will rob you blind with legal costs. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing. If I could give them 0 stars I would. You will regret hiring this firm and you will be so sorry you did. Mark my WORDS SORRY! Was referred to the by James Helm TOP DOG law. After he was paid a finders fee he doesn’t even answer the phone. They are horrible attorneys who will over charge you and screw you any way they can. I strongly advise you shop around for a better attorney because Simon and Simon are not it. Just read all the negative reviews and I recommend anyone who had a bad experience with them report them to the Bar Association. Make them pay for what they did. They should be disbarred. Scumbags!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Currently working to settle my case and by far they have been the most unprofessional people! They don’t return your calls and they double charge me for the fees.. I’m currently awaiting a return call in reference to my settlement in which they charged me 2x lawyer fees! I’m very disappointed

I would Never use this Law firm again. They took Alll my money. Out of 20,000 I only received 1,600. Yeah they got me. In fact the Lawyer name is Mark or Marcus Simon. Never stay in touch. May karma get the whole firm. They are worse then the Devil. Kill, steal and destroy

First time having lawyers with this company. This is the worst lawfirm which I was referred from Topdog! Sarah Bossi was my case manager since I was hit by a car in November 2023. I have never met her in person, she does not communicate with everything that has been going on. Since my injury I have been evicted without housing which she knew about before it happened. I found an opportunity for an apartment finally and all I asked of her was if she could write me a letter given a summary on the incident to the apartment manager. She never contacted me back for weeks and then I get an email from Marc stating that my case has been rejected. I was accepted and doing therapy from a place that they got me into. I will recommend anyone to these people. It was a waste of my time and now I am still without housing.
