I had two cases with them. I would have given them 5 stars. Samantha, who I first spoke to, was awesome. Once I was assigned a lawyer, his assistant Matt was a gem. He ALWAYS either answered the phone or called me back within hours of me reaching out. My lawyer, Harry Gosnear, got me to sttlements that were more than I even hoped for, a wonderful lawyer. That whole team was very assessible and informative. The minute my cases was settled and it went to who ever Emily Meade is, I can't get her to answer the phone or emails or return a call. It's sad because up til this point I had NOTHING bad to say about this law firm. Because of her, I now understand how there could be negative reviews. When people are waiting on their money the last thing they want is to be ignored. Her lack of professionalism is what gives me pause about recommending this firm. If your machine says you'll call back within 48 hours... do that. If you tell me if I have any question feel free to ask them.... answer me when I do ask a question. Two plus weeks of no communication is not a result of being so busy, it's just poor people skills, angering and rude. In addition to that it makes the whole company look bad.

This experience has been so wonderful. My Attorney was Josh Baer and he is brilliant! He was so responsive and attentive. I felt confident knowing that he was taking care of everything. Sometimes this process can be scary but his direct kindness and extensive legal prowess made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend him and his team at Simon & Simon.

Chad Williams at Simon & Simon is an excellent attorney. They care about their clients and fight for you. Chad Williams is very informative and knowledgeable. He was always on top of emails and other communication and I knew what was going on with my case as things progressed. I would recommend this law firm to everyone. They are efficient, reliable and trustworthy.

I’ve never seen a law firm where you can’t get in contact with nobody. How are all these lines not working that being advertised ?!

Idk know where my 1st review but Katie rice did very well at communicating even wen I was getting alil frustrated but she stuck it out with me broke down everything to me answered every phone call and email at a timely fashion I would highly recommend as well with Shannon bolye she communicated all the way through answered questions was very friendly same with Shawn he did very good as well friendly explained everything the outcome was even greater then I expected. I’m not gonna lie the reviews had me scared but listen my team did they thing i thank you guys so much ….pj lol

Andrew Baron was my attorney and from day one until the case settled he did a great job keeping me in the loop with the details of the case. Someone was always available to speak with when I had questions. I remember calling Andrew once and he was getting his kids off of the school bus but he answered every question I had. I would definitely refer my family & friends to them if needed an attorney.

Katie rice is absolutely amazing this girl was with me every step of the way also is very pleasant to work with. She was with me every step of the way, and explained everything very well, extremely helpful and reassuring. If I had to work with anybody, it would be her! Such a hard-working woman goes the extra mile for me, and is very punctual and supportive. Thank you very much katie from Simon and Simon you guys are wonderful. Love you katie and love your firm. Simon & Simon are a bunch of con artist and crooks. Stay far away from these creeps. The firm should be investigated, and shutdown (Again) immediately. P.S. Top Dog Law preys on the black community and is not a real lawyer. Took them 3yrs to settle my case at $20K took all the money and left me with $300 and Top Dog received $3,200.. wicked.

Muchas gracias por tomar mi caso se que fue difícil para ellos para la situación del COVID pero aún así pusieron todo su esfuerzo y dedicación en ganar mi caso la espera fue muy larga pero al fin lo consiguieron muchas gracias a todo el equipo que estuvo siempre al pendiente de mi y mi recuperación aunque se que está lesion es permanente les agradezco mucho por su ayuda y por que lograron ganar mi caso mucho éxito y si los recomiendo en lo absoluto que sigas los éxitos Simón and Simón

They wasted 5 months, and someone could have actually been working on my case. They told me that the accident photos didn't support my injuries and dropped my case after 5 months!!!! I refused to have their doctors perform laser nerve ablasion in my spine that my surgeon said no to You never should have taken my case. I would never recommend them or their services.
