Subject: Accident classification “Low Profile” case. 1. My accident was classified as a “Low Profile” case by many law firms that wouldn’t represent me. I knew that I had to be represented by a lawyer. If I didn’t, I would have been at the mercy of my landlord’s insurance company which would have been devastating. I didn’t know the laws, and this would have permitted the insurance company to say & do whatever they wanted to. Then, I saw an advertisement on TV about Lundy Law Offices. I was ready for another disappointment when the voice on the other end of the line states, "Yes. We will take your case." I was overwhelmed with amazement. 2. All of the preliminary processes of the case were orchestrated by Michelle Cirilli, a Paralegal. Ms Cirilli is a very well educated, well trained & well experienced in preparing cases. Ms. Cirilli’s mannerism & assistance were a breath of fresh air; in fact, Ms. Cirilli’s emails were filled with helpful suggestions & informed directives. 3. My case was then handed over to Ms. Kristin Teufel: Kristin Teufel (Esquire) is a Lundy Law Lawyer that embraced my injury case with the following: (1) compassion for my three broken ribs and balloon type elbow contusion, (2) provided information pertaining to medical & legal procedures which eliminated confusion & prepared me for the upcoming processes, (3) after two years, Ms. Teufel's monitoring of the healing process was completed, (4) efficiently organized procedural tactics which ensured an immediate acceptable settlement agreement by the insurance company & myself and (5) after three months following the settlement, a "follow up" was required for disconcerted accusations made by the Rawlings Company (medical insurance), “Your attorney has not responded to our inquiries, nor has he or she acknowledged representation of you.” This was totally an inaccurate statement because I received copies of letters that transpired between the Rawlings Co. & Ms. Teufel's office. Therefore, Ms. Teufel immediately put her professionalism to work with the following statement, "I will take care of it for you." and a resolution letter to the Rawlings Co. made it all disappear. My reply letter to Ms. Teufel contained the following statement: Kristin Teufel, this is how I see you “Successful” “Success is not measured in dollars and cents, but rather in terms of how determined you are to persevere, how committed you are to maintain an unbending integrity and how willing you are to stay the course when surrounded by doubters.” 4. The Lundy Law Firm is a law firm that will undertake all types of cases, not just cases with substantial revenue, but low profile cases. Therefore, I strongly recommend this firm if you want your case to be handled with the dignity & expertise that the Lundy Law professionals have to offer.
