Without hesitation I would recommend Lundy Law to anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer. If I could leave a 10 star review I would!! I contacted Lundy Law to represent me in a slip and fall case. I fell in the parking lot of a big-name company, resulting in a serious injury to my arm that needed surgery. I was in pain and had medical bills pilling up. Jordan Lundy was phenomenal from the start! From the first phone call, Jordan took the time to explain my options and put my mind at ease. throughout the entire process Jordan kept me well informed and was always there to answer any questions I had. He is definitely the type of lawyer that you want advocating for you!! Jordan fought to make sure I would get the compensation I deserved for my injury and would not back down from what he thought was right! The outcome far exceeded my expectations!! I fell on the ice at work and hired Lundy law to represent me in this case. I hit my head and had cognitive issues which made it hard for me to think. I lost my job after falling and had no health insurance. I was told that my car insurance could cover the costs of my doctors visits and cognitive therapy. I was not told that I would be responsible for 20% of the bills. Imagine my surprise when my case was settled and I ended up getting only 1/2 of what the suit was settled for. After the fee that Lundy law took and paying the doctors and therapy bills I was left with a small settlement. This Did not begin to cover my expenses or the money I had to withdraw from my IRA account to keep my head above water. I feel like they could have done a lot more to get me a reasonable amount of money. I am still struggling and don’t know if I will ever have my head above water. I feel I was entitled to a larger settlement but was advised by my lawyer to take the settlement. I wish communication would have been better.
