It’s been a tremendous journey for me and I was alone for a long period of time. I had reached out to multiple firms. I felt like I was l was lost. I had tried to represent myself in court and even though I had the truth on my side it wasn’t enough. I made a final attempt and reached out to the best family lawyers I found online and BAM! I found “William Kirby Law”! From the very beginning everyone was extremely helpful and I felt like I was heard, the entire team was very understanding. I felt welcomed I felt like “wow, I finally found someone; a team that can help me!” From Alexis to Shannon to Mr Kirby himself… God placed you in my path at the best possible time. When I needed them the most. I feel till this very moment like there’s no one I can trust to handle my current situation better than them! Hands down the very BEST! Their attitude towards new intake seems to have changed drastically since the very first time my family reached out to them. The first time went ok (hence the two stars) but in a span of 7 years they've changed. They don't seem to bother to call back if they feel your reason for opening a case isn't worth it. Tried them 3 times for 3 different cases and I'm not annoyed that they didn't pick up 2 of the case, I'm annoyed because 1. Front desk did not display office/telephone etiquette 2. Didn't bother to call back, like front desk said they always do whether they take the case or not; it's called common courtesy. But what works for you may not work for me.

This is a disgusting type of law firm. Their secretary said he wouldn't help me because I'm not married because my children have been removed so just neglect the fact that they were illegally removed thanks!

The Hill Law Firm was exactly what I needed to get me through the difficult period after my accident.
