Howard makes the complicated simple. His rates are very reasonable. He doesn't charge you every time you talk to him like like other lawyers I have had in the past. He is very knowledgeable and a reasonable.

I contacted Howard about a probate matter and he was very helpful. Much to my surprise, he answered all of my questions and refused to take any money for his services. In his words, he wasn't putting pen to paper for me so there was no reason to pay him. I never expected that from a lawyer.
