I have got to say if any one out there is looking for a great lawyer in the philly area, Mr Fienman is the way to go. I will say one thing about mike he is very straight forward and to the point, don’t give him the run around, just tell him the facts at hand. He helped me with some many things and is by far the most knowledgeable laywer there is in philly. He doesn’t just care about winning which is his passion, he truly does care about his clients. He is the man that will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. I hope I never have an issue in philly again, but if I do he will be the man that takes care of my case.

I would have been screwed if it wasn’t for Michael. I was charged for a crime I did not commit, and it was a case of mistaken identity. The cop, and Plaintiff didn’t care, they wanted to charge me anyway. From the very first phone call, he believed I was innocent and fought for me. In court, he completely shut down the Plaintiff and left him speechless. He was able to get my case dropped before it even went to trial. He stuck up for me and used his extensive criminal law knowledge to get my case dropped, and the Plaintiff had nothing more to say and was quite upset that Michael knew exactly what he was talking about and that he called upon several issues with the charge, aswell as other details. I couldn’t believe how easy it seemed for him to counter the Plaintiff and every time he did so, he clearly was smarter and more experienced in the subjects. I would HIGHLY recommend Michael to anyone looking for a lawyer. He knows exactly what to say and what to do to win the case, he’s super nice, very straight forward and listened to everything I had to say. For my very first conversation with Mr. Fienman he had a very bad attitude. he was not open to listen to my case fully. he happened to stop me before i could fully explain my case even uttered a i don’t care to certain situations in my case. this was my very first case ever but his attitude was terrible based off my experience and after reading these reviews i expected a more professional attorney.
