Because I have been able to talk with my case Manger she has helped me in knowing what to do and except. Being single and lone it was nice to have the feeling Someone was helping me and listened to me . I feel she's doing the best she can and is willing to help and understands the pain and stress I am going though

We did not hear from a case manager in over 2 months (August-September). I received a call in October stating that I no longer have a case. The case manager claimed that she tried to contact me and my daughter however that is not true. My daughter contacted the case manager in August to inform them that she would be out of the country and that they should email her with any updates rather than call. Neither my daughter nor I was contacted via phone, email or text. Now I'm told that not only do I not have a case but I'm now responsible for my medical expenses that have occurred because of the accident. As a retired disabled educator I do not have the financial means to pay these enormous bills

Briana never returns calls to the doctors. Matthew emailed 1 time out of a span of 3 months. WONT EVER BE HIRING THEM AGAIN! “Should have called Big Ale.” Smh… Feel like I’m being given the run around. My anxiety has been through the roof dealing with this company.

I overall think Morgan & Morgan is a great business as for my case manager I haven't really talk to them yet so I don't know what to say about that part right now but as for the people I have talked to it been great
