I'm a client and I worked with Geoffrey Baskerville who helped me settle a FAULTY BACKGROUND WITH FIRST ADVANTAGE AND DISA that has hindered employment by a felony and police record placed on my name from a place I have never lived in. I was distraught and enraged when I finally found out getting a job working for Apple in California. I was held up for nearly 2 months without work. For a mistake that takes a few keystrokes to fix and a 5 minute phone call to an Ohio court to clear up. But they dragged their feet, practically maliciously. When I brought the issue up to Ms. Torres after finding the number on Google from a search, she got me in touch with Geoffrey after a preliminary interview they let me know that I had a case and it was a chance that I could win. They said there was no cost if I lost, so why not? I was expecting to just get my lost wages back from the bad background checks that impeded me. About $3500 or so. Geoffrey and Kim worked and fought hard for me for over 6 months and boy, did I get results. Way more than just backpay and wages. Way more. $$$$$ Thank you so much, Kim and Geoffrey. If I have another discrepancy on a background check, you guys would be the FIRST to call.
