Appreciate their diligent and urgency when it came to my case

Never got back to me

The attorney and staff contacted me to review my case and are working with me to resolve the issue with inaccurate claims being reported on my LexisNexis report.

I can't express how pleased I am with my case. When I reached out for help I had no idea what could even be done. To my surprise, not only did they get my case resolved but they also got a settlement for me. Christina was my first contact and was wonderful. She understood my frustration and was so comforting and encouraging. She definitely put my case in the right hands. Joe Gentlecore is such an easy guy to work with. Understood my problem and made things happen. This could have taken forever to get resolved but because of this company's professionalism and care it didn't. Can't say enough good things about them. Thank God I made that call.

This firm signed me on as a client 4 months ago and never replied to my calls or emails asking for updates. The least they could have done was tell me they made a mistake and no longer think there is a case. Highly unprofessional and do not recommend.

I found myself reported as dead to LexisNexis. I called every department and manager I could find at LexisNexis and no one would help me or tell me how it had happened. Highly recommend! After accepting a new job, I got contacted by my new employer questioning "my" background check that was provided to them. False and damaging information was provided to my new employer from the background check company that shared with them someone else's criminal history (a similar name, but not even the same as mine). 1st Case- This attorney was absolutely amazing. She is very nice and knowledgeable. She also represented me very well and helped me reach a fair outcome.
