Our daughter was one of those killed on June 5 2013, when a neighboring building under demolition collapsed on the Salvation Army store at 22nd and Market Streets in Philadelphia. The cause of the disaster was negligence from top to bottom, but the 'little fish' we're criminally charged and convicted, while the 'bigger fish' were insulated from criminal prosecution. We interviewed quite a few attorneys looking to represent us in a civil suit against the big fish. We opted for Mongeluzzi as the most experienced in this type of litigation, and he and his team did an excellent job representing us in the civil suit. Besides that he was very sympathetic and supportive of our efforts to increase public awareness of the prevalence and danger of reckless demolition, and to get the industry better regulated. For demolition and construction disaster litigation I can recommend SMB without reservation.

False Advertising. Cancer should be removed from their list. Extremely dissatisfied, their intake specialist declined me by phone. Do not falsly advertise like all the rest, be real unlike the rest. Not impressed at all on the phone intake call!
