I can't say enough about our experience with Bethany and my gratitude for her. Bethany was referred to us by another lawyer after my mothers medical injury. It didn't take long after meeting with her to realize she was the lawyer for us. She took the time to meet with us to review the information and explain the process. The amount of knowledge she had about the events that occurred showed how much time and effort she put in even before she was hired. But what we liked most about her was when she showed her passion about the situation. It made me realize we were dealing with someone who was going to fight for my mom. During the process she kept us up to date about everything with phone calls and emails. As things would pop up she would answer all our questions and concerns right away. At the end of it all we couldn't have been more pleased about the outcome! When someone you care for is injured it is already a high stress situation. Bethany was able to take that stress away and allow us to focus on my moms recovery. Where to begin? There aren't words to describe how thankful I am for Bethany! Prior to hiring her, I was stuck in a lawsuit with a terrible attorney who sat on my case for five years and did absolutely nothing. I called Bethany (referred by a friend who hired her for the same reason and previous attorney's incompetence) to see what my options were. Within two weeks and without ever receiving my case file from my previous attorney (who failed to send it to her after multiple attempts to retrieve it) she was able to settle my case and graciously helped talk down my medical bills from the accident to save me over $8k. The entire process with Bethany was so easy and refreshing. She didn't speak to me in legal jargon. Instead, she explained things in a way that regular non-lawyers like myself could understand. She also updated me every single day via email or phone call. This was reassuring that progress was being made and we were getting closer to a closing. Not only was Bethany quick, competent, and knowledgeable, but she even went so far as to work over a holiday weekend and part of her vacation to get this done. I had hired someone else to handle my auto accident case. After eagerly signing me up, the other Attorney "sat on" my case, without paying any time or attention to me. Unfortunately, this had been my experience with other Attorneys. Ms. Nikitenko was recommended by a friend. It was refreshing to deal with a person who listened to what I had to say. She settled my case in a timely manner and very much to my satisfaction. It is nice to deal with a lawyer who is knowledgeable, attentive and who has the client's best interest in mind.
