There nice helpful wit case

After seeing the reviews, I see what everyone was talking about. Save your time-I have heard from two different secretaries (paralegal if that) not once did I speak to a lawyer. That was it. Just a few questions on their end twice and never heard back from anyone again. It would be nice to contact the people and have the decency to say, “I’m sorry we can’t help you.” Luckily I found someone else after realizing they were never going to call me back. Do better!

My case manager is delightful. I fell that she is concerned about my recovery. She keeps me informed about my case, and she answered all my questions.

Because it's true I've been asking y'all to investigate the case so I can get me a rental car still nothing still wind up paying out of my pocket I don't agree with that

These people are crooks don’t trust them I unfortunately learned the hard way I asked for my file several times and they never gave it. They did legal malpractice to my case. I’m speaking out don’t trust these people. Warning.

I have had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with my case manager and attorney despite leaving MULTIPLE messages by text,‘phone, and email over the almost 2.5 WEEKS since my accident, resulting in undue stress and not being able to move forward with my required car repairs and medical treatment. The lack of timely communication in reply to my requests makes me feel that neither I nor my case is important to my assigned “team” and has me considering seeking representation with another firm. I am extremely upset and disappointed at this point in time,

Since opening my case I have been through untold numbers of case managers ans attorneys. Marie Webber is the case manager that cares about me. I have spoken to her MANY times. I have spoken to Peter Stanley 1 time. I have never spoken to an attorney. And the lack of continuity is astounding. I would probably not recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone that actually cares about being treated like a person. I have never felt like a number, until now. Then to find out your spine isn't worth much, and the attorneys fees are 33.4%. Well... for what exactly? Its a bit much. I don't think the treatment I have received from this firm warrants such a fee. And if you want that kind of money from your clients you all should meet us in person. Look in our pain filled eyes and shake our hands. Deal with us like people. Do Better.
