Morgan & Morgan at the PA office have poor communication. I spoke to them and put me on hold instead of helping their client. this is absolutely horrendous. I have been trying to reach my Case Manager since she scheduled a meeting with me this Morning. I leave them long voicemail, e-mail, text messages through the portal, called the main office and still being neglected. The Communication is just unbelievable to me. This portal is supposed to make things easier. Make things go smoother yet they never communicate back with me. I have multiple messages I sent to the portal and never ever get a response. I have even called my Lawyer several times, however, i get forwaded to a google phone to leave him a message. I have been very disappointed trying to reach the lawyer because that’s just useless. I don’t understand why anyone can’t get back to me. I just don’t get it. So I reached out to them like they said in their response to my review, have I heard anything yet, of course nothing!!
