I was originally very impressed with Morgan and Morgan until they decided they were not going to take my case after all. They said you called the right place. They said they definitely could help me and a gentleman by the name of Key said he definitely would take the case so I was assured that I called the right place. I'm all excited and have peace of mind. And then about 2 weeks later I get a call saying that they're not gonna take my case. They're no longer going to represent me and I was really shocked. And the reason I got was something about liability and I was so confused. And that's all I got.........something about liability. So I noticed, in other reviews that this is something apparently rather common and a number of other people have mentioned the same thing, so it's very disappointing and very poor business!!!!! I know that they said 'we can definitely help and that Key said we will definitely take the case" because I wrote it down. They promised a service and then BAILED ON ME WITH A DUMB EXCUSE!!!! WOW!!!!!! Key asked me to do a review after the initial call. And so when I did the review it was giving the lady that I first spoke to credit for how great of a job she did. After my experience and reading other negatuve reviews i realized that maybe they do that with everybody so that they have all these great reviews, because they ask for them at the very beginning, before you have a chance to be disappointed and for them to bail on you!!!!!!!! My boyfriend thought it was odd that they asked for a review right away. Now it all makes sense. DEFINITELY DOES NOT MEAN DEFINITELY TO THEM!!!!!!!!
