This firm does not deserve a one star, I would give them a negative zero if possible. One year later, zero contact from a lawyer, first case manager left the company after I submitted all the necessary documents and pictures, second case manager, whom only contacted me once, also left the firm. There was zero contact from anyone, and then I get a text stating they can no longer represent me. When I called she told me my case was referred out and they no longer represent me. I've done all the therapy and tests for a year and I'm still in excruciating pain and now the same pain management center they sent me to cancelled my latest appointment. They told me since I no longer have representation they can no longer treat me for my injuries. And since Morgan and Morgan sent me to this pain management center, I now am left to find my own treatment, which I have no idea where to start. This has affected my mental health and caused me undue anxiety. It's all about the fast dollars and zero concern for the people.

Two of my children were in a car accident 3 years ago. They were hit by a vehicle driven by an unlicensed, uninsured driver. He not only hit my daughter's car, but three others as well, came back around and pinned my daughter's car up against the guardrail so that my daughter and son had to climb out the window. They only saw a chiropractor for a short time, but it was very mentally taxing. They were already seeing a psychiatrist, but that became part of their routine as well and they were both scared to get back in the car for quite some time. Also, my daughter's car was destroyed. Morgan and Morgan said that they would take the case. They do a lot of things online but good luck trying to find a brick and mortar building to go to if you have any problems. I guess because the kids stopped going to the chiropractor, Morgan Morgan stopped giving a crap about the case. Yes we have emails to prove they had a case. Yes we have a case number. But since it's been over 3 years, there's nothing we can do. They stopped responding to us, wouldn't answer our emails, and avoided our phone calls like the plague. Knowing that we couldn't find out where they were at the time, no one cared, and they treated us like scum! I wonder how the other people who were hit by the same man faired in this car accident? Absolutely despicable practice!
