The worst customer service ever. I have had 2 case managers over the course of 2 YEARS and they absolutely refuse to respond. They do not call, text, or email …. NOTHING. The only option you have is to leave a voice message for the case manager or client experience (who also NEVER calls back) My case was settled MONTHS ago and not one single word from anyone! I had to do so much leg work for them to take 40%. I had to contact various billing departments and continuously correct them on information that was not accurate. Save yourself the trouble and find a more credible legal team. I have attached photos of the 10 MONTHS of messaging with no response. I did receive 3 calls in that time frame about an MRI, a bill, and an offer. Also, the offer I received was also the offer I received from the auto insurance company initially so I am paying them basically for nothing lol
