I(veronica Toman) chose these ratings because Kaylynn Medley has done the best job on my case with phone calls and emails updates and gone over things with me and gotten me to the people I needed to see and ask for certain info the others didnt ask. and e are moving along.

I haven't talked to nobody about my first case and I have 2 cases with y'all I would like to know how I charge twice for cost on money that was withheld from my original settlement to only charge me again for a cost of them withholding my money when I didn't have no other medical bills my other case was settled in October and the CM Esther Godswill still has not released my money but told me my money is not in an account but the check is sitting on her desk if I'm not mistaken checks void after 90 days so why is it that this case manager says my check is just sitting on her desk but claims money is not in an account gaining interest so not transparent about their clients funds so don't think when they say your money is in an account that it's not collecting interest because it is they are the worst but claim they are for the people

He was curtious, however, i aksed why my request did not meet your needs he said that you dont specialize in contractor cases.

Ms. Vicente seemed disinterested in my cause of action. She told me there needed to be an existing class action in order to pursue a class action option. The consultant at the next firm I contacted told me they are interested in my complaint and that an attorney will be in touch with me within 24 hours.
