I had contacted Pond, lehocky, stern to handle my disability case I was denied so they filled Appel. I went to my hearing date and not one attorney was their to Represent me from the law firm. I had a advocate who represented me she wasn’t much help didn’t even fight for me. I am seriously disabled so now I have to go thru this whole process AGAIN. Should of hired a Attorney out of my small town Who actually cares.

WORST LAW FIRM. IGNORANT NOT WANTING TO KNOW FACTS.

I thought that when I hired Sam Pond to be my WC attorney? That I was hiring the best. That was in 2006 when I suffered a Career ending Work related Injury. My initial injury report filled out my the Company Dr had all injured Body parts which included Right Shoulder which I had 3 surgeries ! And still needs further attention! Cervical Spine,Which I have too many injections to count ! Lower Back Pain which was never recognized by the PA WC because the proper paperwork was Never Filed with the State by the Attorney that I hired to protect me and my rights ! I eventually had to have Lumbar Spinal Fusion and disc replacement in 2017 ,1 month after going to Court in December of 2016 when The WC Judge ruled in my favor based on my Credibility and Evidence presented ! Also returned me to Full Disability Status and Back pay owed to me which was wrongfully taken away from me in 2014 BY a WC Judge in Chester County PA.! After Personally Handing Sam a Copy of That Original Work Injury report on 4 Separate Occasions ,each time When the Firm Split Up and Changed Names,Partners or whatever was going on behind the scenes ? I thought that the Firm was doing Everything in MY best interest ? Turn out that After my Lumbar Surgery was Completed and evidence from the Surgery connected the injury to the Work Related injury due to the age of the Damage, Within a degree of Medical Certainty ! I called several times and again sent over ALL Related Paperwork from the Surgeon and was told by Former partner, David Stern that the paperwork was not filed in time ! The only people paying attention to my injuries was Medicare because they payed for the much needed Surgery to keep me upright and fought for Reimbursement for the Lumbar Spine surgery and all costs related to the injury which The Firm should have been doing from the beginning and I had every reason to believe that they were ? But they weren't ! Medicare was Reimbursed for the Surgery that they should've never had to pay for in the first place ! I am Very Disappointed in the way that My Case was handled and I was Very Proactive in my case and it still didn't matter ! There's a Very big Disconnect in The Firm that I hired and hearing from other patients that also have the same Lawer? It's a very similar story... I can't change what happened but the Firm that I hired who said that they would be with me Every Step of the way was really hogwash ! I wish I had it to do all over again because I certainly would have been more involved in my case that I hired an attorney to handle ? My job was going to Dr's ,Surgeons, PT and doing everything I can to get better. Which I did and trusted my attorney too much that they were doing everything and filing all related paperwork for my injury which I Now know didn't happen ! Very Disappointed to put it Mildly !
