Hello I’m actually Dana Hathaway. I can’t figure out change my husband but he agrees with this review as well. 😉. I can’t thank this firm for all of the support and guidance they have given me over the past few years as we navigated my disability journey. I never thought I would be in this position in my life to need this service. I was a healthy person all of my life until things drastically changed. I was very nervous to start this process but once I called Pond Lehocky I was greeted with the nicest woman who took all of my information and then I was paired with my attorney, Brynn Lapszynski who was just simply amazing. Brynn kept me updated every step of the way. She gathered all of the evidence, medical records, new symptoms I was having and made sure I was prepared for my hearing. She was with me during my hearing and helped me get this claim approved. I could not have done it without her. If you are on the fence about applying for disability because the process seems overwhelming please do yourself a favor and hire this team. You will not be disappointed.

So far it has been a very positive experience.

So far everything is going as expected. Got my online app completed and ss called yesterday and did an online interview instead of mailing in packet. I get texts back from firm the next day if I text them Just wish I could get a return call.I like talking to people voice to voice But email and text is the future So I'm satisfied with the service so far

After seven months of waiting for a court hearing in June 2024. I found out today..I won my case. I’ve been fighting this since September 2021 and denied twice.
