EDIT: It is now 11/8, no response to call asking for withdraw. No email, no response to numerous messages on the portal. BUT YOU CAN REPLY TO THE REVIEW. Proving our point. This firm sucks My spouse had a work injury being handled poorly by his employer. We thought signing up with this firm was light at the end of a stressful tunnel. We were wrong. He had an intake appointment with the attorney on 10/24, signed paperwork to be a client that day. Even though we found it concerning on the call that attorney said he “pulled up the information” we had never sent. Apparently we were supposed to send in documents prior to intake, but we were unaware. Here we find out they had been sending correspondence in a portal until we found it ourselves searching for an update. After the initial call on 10/24- He was told they would reach out for next steps. Followed up on 10/31, said they would call him by 11/05. He called back on 11/05 and spoke to a rude representative who was unhelpful. We then left an additional message on 11/05 to please inform us of status, next step or any instructions at all. We also sent a message on the client portal. As of 11/07 no return call or message back. We decided this is not the firm for us. We called to withdraw and it’s always a long wait to get through. You then speak to a receptionist who transfers call to voicemail. We have sent an additional message on the portal for withdraw even though we are not confident we will hear back. Overall the lack of communication is frustrating. As a large company it’s understandable that you have a mass amount of clients and i’m sure not enough staff to keep up. However, it’s ultimately not worth to continue when there has been little to no information provided on how process works, timeframe, what is needed, etc.

I only give 4 bc I have yet to go to court which is in a few days, in the process of getting to this point has nothing to do with the lawyers office, up til now they have been very good at all that has come their way with my case, seems as though they have no problems with my case and ensure me that they got this even when I had basically no more trust in anything the court does, they seem to handle it with ease and continue to reassure me that they got all their bases covered and they will win my case for me...I will post another review in a few days when I actually see the judge and how well my lawyer is in a court room setting
