I’m honestly in shock. I only wanted to know if there was anything I could do to prove and possibly rectify about my mothers cancer diagnosis and the man on the phone asked me one question and when I didn’t answer the way I guess he wanted, he said “we can’t help you, bye bye.” and hung up. Literally “hello” “one question” “bye bye” So cold and insensitive. I just lost her on 09/30/23. I mean, you hear about cutthroat lawyers and whatnot, but I guess I was naïve in thinking I would at least get a lawyer who would explain to me why they didn’t want to take my case instead of saying “bye bye” and literally hanging up on me. Guess they didn’t see enough money in my mom’s death.

Pompous and rude didn't fact find before dismissing. Looking for softball pitches in baseball - high success rate doesn't denote ability and surely doubt they get clients maximum financial on the table.

False Advertising. Cancer should be removed from their list. Extremely dissatisfied, their intake specialist declined me by phone. Do not falsly advertise like all the rest, be real unlike the rest. Not impressed at all on the phone intake call!
