These people are the worse l have ever known. I had a slip and fall back in May 8th of 2019. Every time I try to get in touch with these people They tell me they no longer work there. This is the third attorney that I had so far. They still haven't told me anything how much I'm getting nothing I have no clue what's going on. The receptionists are ignorant and are very rude. Never ever again I will go through them or recommend anybody to them.

It took them 2 years to settle my case. They told me I would get a certain amount and I got less than what I settled for. They had poor communication. Everytime I called they would say that I have a new case manager which made it hard to keep track of my case. Jeff in accounting just hung up on me after I asked to speak to him about why I hadn't received the agreed amount with the fees included and he told me they took their cut; again they told me they would take an entirely different cut and I would be receiving a higher amount then what I got. I would not recommend their services.

They are the worst they don’t return calls after weeks of calling I was represented poorly they excepted a settlement without my consent I’m contemplating a law suit against them

Adam and his team are great. They did an excellent job helping my family when we were really losing hope. Adam is very professional and has excellent knowledge to protect your rights. If you choose Adam you will talk directly with him. It was a truly pleasant experience. I'm extremely thankful that I chose the Garner firm. I highly recommend them.

They have no communication they don't really care for your case Ron clarified just hung up on me because he didn't want to hear what I have to say recommend alot of people but will never do it again

I hired Mr/ Gregory to defend me for a case after I called him and get consulted with him by phone ,he walked with me through all that set up he willing to do in my case and explain it to me very clearly . He was always calling to update me with any news to have the picture very clear to me , he is really kind of lawyer I liked because he is follow up with his client and try to get a best result to his client. I had a accident January 2019 it’s been maybe 1 time I have received a call from lawyer an never again or no mail nothing I call ask for status of case leave several messages and voicemails an I never receive a call it’s the worst place ever not very professional just my opinion 😞😔

They don't call you to let you know how things are going with your case or what more information they are waiting on. They have not even thrown a figure out there to let you know how much they think they may get you for your settlement. When you call them, you end up leaving messages on the machine. Parallegals kept changing on our case. All around, lack of communication for handling a slip and fall case.
