Jared Silverstein and Marc Brecher represented me in a medical malpractice case for my son. He has a birth injury called a Brachial Plexus injury. Thank you KM&A!! When you feel like you’re not sure what to do or where to turn, call KM&A they’ll help you figure things out quick and easy. I appreciate this legal team so much but most importantly my representative Christa Levko! She helped me with a lot from responding back to last minute documents on the weekends, breaking down the summation of what each document meant and stood for and just overall being there for me throughout this entire process of being unemployed.

Jason is an amazing lawyer. He knows his job and he knows how to do a proper evaluation of a case. I transferred to Jason from a different firm that I believe was mishandling my case. The firm I was with said they could get $26,000 for my case. The first day I met Jason he said the minimum for my case was $100,000. Jason’s firm was able to get me a large settlement. You are in good hands with Jason. Just be patient and trust him. His firm won’t take any settlement unless you give them the ok. Transferring to J fine law was the best move I made.
