In 2021, I was involved in a very bad 5 car accident. My main concern was the well being of the all of the parties involved and how this was going to affect our lives moving forward. We all know that trying to navigate this process is not easy, as there are so many components. I knew that something had to be done and I had to find the right lawyer that not only understood the situation, but who understood ME. ADAM GETSON of Wapner Newman is that person. Words that describe Adam: kind, empathetic, human, understanding, patient, detail-oriented, HARD WORKING. I spoke to several lawyers and I "vetted" them, per se. After my initial conversation with Adam, I knew it was fate to have him represent me. A word of advice: the journey may be long, and clients may get frustrated at times, however, we must "trust the process". Everything takes time and patience. The communication/correspondence with Adam and people that work with him is consistent. Questions are answered, concerns are followed up on, and they are HONEST. Adam is a kind soul and he takes the time to "take a walk in your shoes." As a client, I feel like I have been treated like family, like he is fighting for me the same way he would fight for one of his family members. As mentioned previously, this has by all means NOT been an easy time. Any time someone experiences something traumatic, it can affect them emotionally, physically, mentally, financially, and spiritually, but ADAM GETSON and his team are there to hold your hand, walk you through the process, and ensure that you are compensated for everything that you have endured. Jason Fine has been my attorney for almost 30 yrs. This firm is dedicated, professional, and returns calls! I have dealt with this firm for injury cases for youngest boy at the time was 8yrs old and most recently on my behalf. His team is thoughtful and family friendly. Thank You!

My wife is using this law firm for an accident that she was in nearly THREE years ago. Simon is representing her. My wife is patient but I’m not impressed at all. There is rarely any communication from him. There has not been one time that he has reached out to her. Any minuscule updates that have been given to her is because she had to reach out to him. That has been a headache! No updates. No potential amounts of how much money she can get…but he made sure to let it be known that his fee will be 49% of whatever she gets. As I said before, THREE years later and she don’t even know how much money she could potentially win from this case. Sounds shady to me. She has serious injuries as an aftermath of this accident and it adds insult to injury having to deal with this. Very unprofessional!!! Take your case elsewhere so you won’t have to wonder! I will update you guys when this case ends!

All lies wish I followed through and went with same attorney as my husband. His attorney got him 10000 more in settlement and actually spoke with my husband on phone. I spoke to an associate and I'm over it at this point. Big al law firm false advertising good job smfh.
