Mark worked for me at two legal cases, an ejectment case and an eviction case, in both of which he handled successfully and won the cases. He is interactive, listening to me thoroughly, giving a full attention, returning my phone calls and responding to my email messages promptly and responsibly. He makes his time available for me, his client, and comes up with best strategies for his client at the trials. Mark is a passionate, energetic person and a cool professional attorney.

My boyfriend and I found Mark online by searching landlord tenant lawyers in the Philadelphia area. He was one of the first attorneys that showed up on google with a 5 star rating. That right there speaks for itself. My boyfriend's previous leasing company tried to take him to court, stating he hadn't paid for 3 months rent when we had receipts showing he never missed a rent payment since moving in. On the day of court, Mark refused to settle with the leasing company and took matters to the judge. The outcome- "Judgement for Defendant." We are extremely satisfied with his services, and he stayed in constant communication with my boyfriend. We highly recommend his services.
