I don't know who their investigators are but I'd fire them. Called me about an accident on a property in Philadelphia. Told them they had the wrong person. Lady admits my name is common which led me to believe they were phishing. These people who charge everyone for everything wanted me to do a whole lot of extra FOR FREE to help them out. I told the lady: "Waste your time If you want"; and hung up.

Unfortunately had the displeasure of speaking with a very rude staff member to take my information. Being my initial call I was shocked to be met with such an awful attitude and unfriendliness throughout the whole conversation. Because of that experience today I have no interest whatsoever in pursuing anything with this firm. Very concerning and unprofessional to see that be a reflection of the firm. Potential new clients be aware. I would never recommend based on this first impression.

David worked wonders! He was able to get a settlement 5x the original offer on a limited tort case....just phenomenal!
