Hard working attorney and good guy.

We highly recommend Mark if you need to seek relief from the court to facilitate removal of those who have long overstayed their welcome in your home. Don't just tolerate it. Mark will get the ball rolling. He'll answer your questions, whatever they are and whenever you ask them. He'll act quickly and keep you informed all along the way, and provide copies of all of your court documents to you. His professionalism is exceptional. Mark's pricing to retain him is also very fair for Philadelphia. He represented my retired, widowed mother as a plaintiff in an ejectment case. We watched his Youtube video and learned much about what we were dealing with. From our first call to his office, he was attentive and patient, answering all of her questions and meeting with us quickly. Our client meeting went very well. He was informative, told us options for our case, didn't rush our meeting, and once we decided to file, he moved quickly. Mark, thank you for resolving this issue for us. Not much can be worst than being caught up in a bad car accident and all that follows... I was introduced to David Sherman many years ago by a friend. My going decision to go with "Solomon Sherman and Gabay" was one of the best l have ever made. Whenever l have been with Dave and staff through at least four to five situatuations.
