No one likes to use an attorney, but unfortunately, sometimes they are necessary. I recently had 2 very aggravating legal issues that I hired Michael to resolve. Michael was very responsive. He always kept me up to date on any new developments. He was also respectful of my budget. For one of the cases, he actually was able to have all my legal fees refunded to me. He is very intelligent and a pleasure to work with. If I ever need to use an attorney again, Michael will be the one I will call.

Mr. Duffy took the time to quickly offer some sound advice to a legal question I had posted on Avvo. His input was concise and well thought out and pertained directly to my situation, so I knew he took the time to read and understand everything I had posted, instead of just giving me a blanket answer. Eventually, this led to a ruling in my favor in civil court. I am very appreciative for his advice and for his time.

Mike was gracious enough to give me a free consultation on a very complex case involving my family. His ideas were well constructed and I will be considering some of them in the near future. Unfortunately, the circumstances of the case prevented him from representing me.

I had an international business issue that Michael helped me with (related to business organization). There were so many things I never considered, but he explained to me in understandable language and helped me with. I didn't have lots of hours to pay for, just the help I needed. I'd go to Michael again for any legal needs I might have in the States, and would recommend him to anyone I know.
