Just wanted to share my positive experience. Michael is great to deal with and delivers. I would highly recommend him for help with any traffic tickets/violations. Customer service is outstanding. He genuinely listens and cares about his clients. I greatly appreciate the outcome he was able to achieve in my troubles with the traffic law. Thank you Michael.

The times when you do not think you need or cannot afford a lawyer is when you should hire one. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an excellent lawyer to hire Michael Fienman. Through his expertise and council he was able to provide positive results for a citation I received while driving through Pennsylvania. The citation was for leaving my two dogs in the car while my wife and I ate lunch. I chose Mr. Fienman because he was honest about my case with me. He was straightforward about the possible outcomes and expectations and did not give me any false hopes about my situation, but also he was able to put my mind at ease with a winning strategy. He spent extra time researching my case and would contact me with any new information discovered. He was always easy to get a hold of through phone or email. There are no words to express the weight that has been lifted off my shoulders because of Mr. Fienman. He truly cares about his clients and provides great advice with no nonsense. I knew I was not a criminal, and I am glad Michael Fienman kept it that way.

My experience with Michael Fienman was nothing but top notch. I had contacted the office because my license was suspended indefinitely. My urgency was that I am planning a road trip at the end of April and need my driver license to rent a vehicle. I cannot take off from work and travel to PA during the week to get this done because it may have taken several days according to DMV website. So the call to Michael Fienman was the next step to ask for help. I no longer live nor work in PA and was denied obtaining a license where I live now due to this issue in PA. Mike did not overstate my position, he admitted it would be very difficult if not impossible to achieve an outcome that I would find acceptable. He explained the situation that we were facing in the jurisdiction where we were conducting our business, a point further illustrated by where we were forced to conduct our pretrial discussion. If you know him, ask him about it, he said it was a first for him

When I got an underage drinking and traffic violation I had no idea what lawyer to choose, so I went with a friend's recommendation. That choice soon became a nightmare. My first lawyer rarely returned my phone calls. Instead, he would sometimes communicate with me via text. The last straw was when he did not show up to my court date even though I had already paid him. In turn, my license was suspended, I was charged for both violations, and I paid a fine. At this point with an unsuccessful outcome in court and a no show lawyer that I had paid, I knew I needed to find a new competent lawyer. Mr. Fienman represented myself for a speeding violation in traffic court. Throughout the representation, I had no issues contacting him about any questions. Additionally, he was very reasonable with the amount he charged myself for legal fees. Most importantly, he was able to get me a deal whereby I would not have any points assessed to my driving record. I could not ask for anything more.
