The process to apply for my Green Card was a lengthy and arduous one. Klasko worked with me through every step to ensure that proper documentation and review was completed every time. How do you write a review of your divorce? The ugly transformation of love into anger and disgust. Betrayal. A bitter end. And then the scrabbling over the tattered shreds of what you once built together. It’s one of the most emotionally devastating experiences a person will ever have. Leaving scars and echoes of distrust in your personal life that don’t fade easily. The only thing that has gotten me through this experience has been to find my creative voice and lean on the calming and steadying effect of my incredibly talented counsel, Jaimie Collins. When I first started this process, I was an emotional wreck. Mercurial, temperamental, and distraught would be a good way to describe it. Jaimie was the epitome of cool. She knew where my head was at. She advised me to maintain my calm. To be pragmatic and rational even as the hits kept coming from the other side. She could have easily let me run wild with my emotions and cost my self a lot of money in the process. Instead she guided me through it with cost in mind and did everything she could to help me make good decisions. We parsed through the noise coming from the other side and focused on priorities and safeguarding my future. I’m quite proud of how we’ve conducted ourselves through the process. And I’m very proud to have Jaimie Collins as my advocate and counsel. I couldn’t recommend her services more highly.

After having felt poorly represented by my prior attorney, I turned to Cordell & Cordell after hearing their ads on the radio for many years which spoke about their focus on representing men and Dads in divorce cases. I worked with William Stock (Bill), Sean McEntee, and Zhi-Shui Hsu on my EB-2. The team was very knowledgeable and throughout the case, they took the time to address my concerns (no matter how trivial). I particularly liked how Bill laid out numerous paths to permanent residency and clearly laid out the risk factors so I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Overall, I feel like the process was as stress-free as an immigration process could be. I would absolutely recommend Klasko to anybody looking to tackle a difficult immigration issue.

I do not recommend working with Klasko Immigration Law Partners. My experience is with EB2 application is very bad. They work very slowly and take lots of time to file/review your immigration. DO NOT PROCEED.

Where do i start? The firm did a excellent job matching me with a great lawyer by the name of William Phelan who came into my situation ready to work despite him having to catch up on over 2 years of a caseload that a previous attorney of mines was working on and could not get me the outcome that i wanted in a timely fashion. Not only did Bill (William Phelan) give me the opportunity to see my son again given the difficult situation of custody i was in, he did it in less time then anybody else i have hired and told my story to. He was truly a bulldog in this matter and didn’t simply take no for an answer, he got me results in a timely matter and i thank him and the law firm of Cordell & Cordell. I recommend them to anyone!

Approaching a divorce and child custody related law firm can be daunting and difficult, especially financially. But Cordell and Codell were superb! I was further very lucky to have been assigned Jaimie Collins. She is a superb lawyer and this is outstanding firm! I highly recommend her if you’re going through a divorce. If you want a great lawyer that will fight for you, present you with all your options and let you choose where possible, you have found her, I have nothing but praises. She also listens to you and gives you great advice AND SHE CARES! I’m so grateful. She always kept me in the loop and told me step by step what to expect and gave me realistic time frames. I do not recommend working with Klasko Immigration Law Partners. My experience is with EB5 application so if your home country's law firm partner with Klasko in regards to EB5 investments, DO NOT PROCEED. I had been working with Klasko through my lawyers at Vietnam Access America since 2017 and both of them are very unresponsive through email (usually take months to answer my question). Phone calls were never returned. Request for meetings were denied. Over the years, I had been asking multiple times for status updates and progress and so far no questions were answered thoroughly. Not sure if they even work at all on my case. Update: just checked my USCIS application status and nope, Klasko have not worked on my request submitted a month ago.
