Great customer care

Make you wait forever for a return call...not willing to help the little fish.

I'm on my 4th year waiting on my lawyer to do something with my case... It seems Lawyer not persistent or focused on this case sadly..I dont even get return calls or emails..I have to call n complain to get an update. JESUS FIX IT !!

All the information I have about my brother was given and I was told that if I didn't hear back in a week or so to call back to try and get some help

They haven't returned a phone call from either of my daughter's or myself. They must not need the business. They advertise to help the little guy. I haven't seen this.

This company is outsourced. I also never received a call from any lawyer as advised by customer service agent

Tom Giordano came into my life back in 2003 after I fell and shattered my ankle. He came on a recommendation from my daughter who lives in NJ and was more "in the know" about attorneys than I was. He still there when I have questions or concerns with a quick response to an email or phone call. I would recommend Tom in a heartbeat.

I am so satisfied with this great attorney, he did a terrific job. His legal skills when dealing with my legal matter where fantastic. Im a satisfied client, and if in the future anybody I know needs a lawyer for a worker's compensation injury or ssi disability Tom and his law office is who im going to be sending them to .
