I am extremely disappointed. The cost far outweighed the service provided. I was originally told that my position in the case was favorable and that it was not likely that opposing party would succeed in their claim. I was also led to believe that the retainer should cover most of the cost. The opposing party was successful in their claim resulting in me having to pay a significant amount of money to the opposing party. The service provided was minimal at best and the cost was excessive; particularly, charges to review each email, technology fees, administrative fees, supervisor review fees, etc. I was even charged to withdraw. Recommend using small local practice.

The lawyer working with me was very knowledgeable but turn around time was incredibly long for what I needed. I had to review my agreements a few times because there were errors in the first drafts that were completely different of what I asked for even after multiple calls where I paid for them to be on the line with me to do this work. The billing department is always ready with a bill even before you get any answers to things or before things are made right.
