scott has been my lawyer since 2018 represented me every court date i had regarding my daughter and got me exactly what I wanted every time!!!!!! he’s very transparent and straight forward!! he knows these court rooms inside & out … i highly recommend for any custody case beings though mine was super difficult to take on other attorney turned me away because they were afraid to take on my case! Scott went in head on and we got what we wanted every single time!!

I hired Mr. Cohen to get the job done and he did just that. The only downfall was the time it took to complete my divorce. To no faults of Scott of course. The courts are so backed up it took a while. The positive part was being able to contact Scott and he almost was always available to speak with me. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on in my case and that was one of the most important things to me. I do recommend Scott if communication is a big deal because he does make it a point to stay in contact and include his client.

I was lucky enough to obtain Mr. Scott Cohen as my attorney regarding a custody issue I was having. This was a very difficult time for me both emotionally and financially. Mr. Cohen worked with me and treated me like a human, not a paycheck. There was never a time a call went unreturned or an email unanswered, and believe me, there were many. Being involved in any legal situation that focuses on your children comes with anxieties and stresses that are exhausting. Mr. Cohen was beyond patient with me and he showed genuine care and concern regarding my case. I truly believe that level of service does not come often enough these days. Although I am grateful for everything Mr. Cohen did for me, I am most appreciative of the fact I did not feel alone. Scott has been with me the last few times I went to court for a custody and relocation hearing. I was not the easiest client (momma bear) and I did not submit memos on time (and this last time not at all) and Scott still Fought for me and WON! I fought him on things but his advice was right and it was the reality check I needed to make a sound case for why I was opposing. He stayed calm, he remained in control of the narrative, he was informed and he even did spot on research during the hearing that held in court. I couldn’t of asked for a better representative and will always come to him first in the future. He was affordable, on-time for court and responsive. I had two different lawyers who showed me none of that an it made me as a single mom really appreciate finding Scott an him having my sons back. My sons Father tried to request primary physical custody - Scott shut it down. My sons Father asked to have my 5year old son become a frequent unaccompanied minor on 6 hour flights - Scott shut it down. The biggest thing I can say I admired about him was knowing he had no submitted evidence and he still spoke on my behalf with my best interest. Thank you Scott. Truly thank you.

Scott hooked me up so well in court made everything exactly how I wanted it I was so worried about everything and he made it happen the way I wanted it got me full soul custody of my son amazing lawyer knows what he doing gets it done beats em to the punch you won't worry about nothing with Scott hes a guarantee!!!!

Highly recommended, my sons mom tried to keeps us apart by claiming I’m abusive and not qualified to care for your son. The day we went to court it was a blessing to have Scott represent me because I’m pretty sure the judge would have took her side with all those lies she was accusing me of.

I was being in a bad situation with my daughter's father, the things escalated to a point that he restrain my daughter from me and he didn't let me see her just the days that he wanted, then at the court Scott did everything he had on hands to get the fair agreement that I wanted since the beginning which was shared physical and legal custody, what he did for me means everything!!!!!!

I was very stressed about my custody situation prior to my consultation with Scott. Furthermore, when I first saw his amazing office I was intimidated but after speaking with Scott he not only assuaged my fears about the fees associated with a child custody case he also made me very confident in the probability of winning. Scott is actually one of the first attorney's I've spoken to in regards to this case that was compassionate about my financial situation as well as attentive to what my expectations are for an outcome. I will post another review at the end of my case, but I suspect my feelings and rating of Scott's services will not change rather if they do they will only get better.

Was very clear and honest. Was able to get me a deal with the other party and thanks to him I was able to get half of the past payment up to dated.
