I just recently completed a business acquisition with the help of Matt Wizmur at Spadea Lignana. I could not have asked for a better experience. We had some real difficulties dealing with the bank but Matt consistently stayed on top of it and handled all of their concerns in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond to help ensure we would make it to closing. He is extremely responsive and reliable as well as experienced and knowledgeable in his field.
